JetLite Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
JetLite was a low-cost subsidiary of Jet Airways. It was formerly known as Air Sahara until the buyout by Jet Airways which rebranded the airline as JetLite. On April 17, 2019, JetLite grounded all of its flights and ceased all operations, in tandem with its parent company, Jet Airways.
A Un unfortunate customer said, "Used this airlines to connect to my international flight and the JetLite folks charged more for my luggage than my own ticket! When all other airlines have provision to charge flat rate for international connect customers, I'm not sure why this pathetic airline does not follow suit. Save yourself the trouble and book other decent airlines like SpiceJet or Indigo who treat international customers with some level of respect and not like guinea pigs in slaughter house."
